General Policy

LarpShop.org is an online storefront for physical novelty items, display props, style accessories, digital presentation services, and request-based custom items.

Products are intended for personal style, decor, content, display, entertainment, novelty, or presentation use. Customers are responsible for reading each product description before placing an order or submitting a request.

By using this website, submitting an order request, selecting crypto payment, using manual review, or contacting support, you agree to these policies.

Important: LarpShop.org does not sell items for fraud, financial deception, impersonation, counterfeit resale, harassment, or illegal use. Props are props, style items are style items, and digital services are presentation services.

Unified Checkout

One bag. One order request. Manual review before fulfillment.

LarpShop.org uses a unified checkout flow. Physical items, digital items, standard items, and request-based items may be submitted together through the same bag and order request page.

Submitting checkout does not automatically guarantee fulfillment, shipment, delivery, acceptance, or completion. The order is saved for review so LarpShop.org can verify the item details, customer information, payment method, availability, shipping/delivery notes, and fulfillment requirements.

  • Checkout creates an order request record.
  • LarpShop.org may approve, decline, cancel, modify, or request more information before fulfillment.
  • Estimated totals shown at checkout may require review for shipping, special handling, custom work, or supplier changes.
  • Orders containing physical items may require shipping review before final fulfillment.
  • Orders containing digital or custom items may require intake details before work begins.
  • Display-only, sold-out, unavailable, or unknown items may be blocked from checkout.
The active checkout model is order review with manual/crypto handling. It is not instant automatic fulfillment.

Crypto Payment Policy

Crypto payments require manual verification.

If crypto payment is available, the checkout page may show the network, token, wallet address, and amount reference for the order.

Crypto payments are manually verified. Sending crypto does not automatically approve the order, start fulfillment, reserve inventory, or guarantee delivery. LarpShop.org must review the order and verify payment before fulfillment continues.

  • Only send crypto to the wallet address shown on the official checkout page.
  • Use only the network and token shown at checkout.
  • You are responsible for confirming the wallet address, network, token, and amount before sending.
  • Crypto transactions can be irreversible.
  • Payments sent to the wrong wallet, wrong network, wrong token, wrong amount, or outside checkout instructions may not be recoverable.
  • A transaction hash or payment note may be requested for review.
  • LarpShop.org may decline or delay fulfillment if payment cannot be verified.

Refunds for crypto payments, if approved, are reviewed case by case and may depend on transaction status, fulfillment status, network fees, exchange conditions, order status, and whether work or shipping has already started.

Do not send crypto unless the checkout page is configured with an active wallet and you understand the network/token instructions.

Manual Review

Review-first orders and custom requests.

Manual review means the order is submitted first and reviewed before payment, fulfillment, shipment, or custom work is finalized.

A manual review submission is not a guaranteed purchase, invoice, reservation, or delivery commitment. It allows LarpShop.org to review availability, pricing, fulfillment details, customer needs, and whether the request can be accepted.

  • Do not send payment for a review-first order until payment instructions are confirmed.
  • Manual review details may be saved for order review, support, and fulfillment planning.
  • LarpShop.org may approve, decline, modify, or request more information before accepting an order.
  • Final price, delivery method, and timeline may differ from the public listing until confirmed.
  • Manual orders may use crypto, invoice, direct instructions, or another approved payment method.
Manual review exists to keep request-based items, custom items, and uncertain fulfillment items clean and controlled.

Product Status

Available, request-based, display-only, and sold out.

Each product may have a different status depending on inventory, fulfillment, payment method, and review requirements.

  • Order Ready: the item may be submitted through checkout for order review.
  • Crypto Ready: the item may be submitted with crypto payment details when crypto is configured.
  • Review First: the item requires manual review before payment or fulfillment.
  • Sold Out: the item is not currently available for order submission.
  • Display-only: the listing exists to show a style, category, planned drop, or unavailable item.

If a listing appears active but cannot be fulfilled, LarpShop.org may cancel or decline the order and review any payment issue case by case.

Physical Items

Props, decor, accessories, and physical goods.

Physical items may include props, decor, photo items, accessories, apparel-style items, novelty goods, display pieces, or other objects used for personal style, staging, presentation, entertainment, or content.

Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, items are not authentic luxury goods, official awards, official platform-issued items, financial instruments, legal documents, or official brand products.

  • Prop money is not legal tender and must not be used as real currency.
  • Decor plaques are not official platform-issued awards unless clearly stated.
  • Style-inspired accessories are not authentic designer goods unless clearly stated.
  • Photo props are for display, content, entertainment, and staging only.
  • Customers must use all items safely, legally, and responsibly.

Digital Services

Digital items and custom services may require review.

Digital products may include writing services, profile articles, business mentions, scripts, digital pages, presentation files, social proof assets, or other custom creative services.

Digital and custom services may require intake details before work can begin. You are responsible for providing accurate information, instructions, and materials needed to complete the request.

  • Digital services do not guarantee press placement, search rankings, dating results, business results, social outcomes, or third-party reactions.
  • Article-style products must not be used to make false claims or impersonate a real publication.
  • Business mentions must be based on information you provide and should not be used for false business claims.
  • Delivery may include email, PDF, text, hosted page, file, written copy, or another confirmed format.
  • Digital/custom items are final once work begins or delivery is provided.

Shipping Policy

Physical fulfillment depends on the item.

Shipping depends on the item, destination, supplier, carrier, item size, order volume, and fulfillment method. Some items may require manual shipping review before final approval.

Shipping times vary. Many items may be supplier-fulfilled, special-order, or manually reviewed before shipment. Estimated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Typical processing may take 2-7 business days before shipment unless stated otherwise.
  • Supplier-fulfilled, special-order, large, imported, or request-based items may take 7-21 business days or longer.
  • Tracking may be provided when available.
  • Shipping costs may be reviewed after order submission for physical items.
  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • LarpShop.org is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, building access issues, or supplier delays outside our control.
If an item requires special freight, supplier confirmation, or manual fulfillment, the final shipping cost and delivery timeline may be confirmed after review.

Final Sale / No Returns

Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted.

All sales are final unless LarpShop.org approves an exception. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, buyer’s remorse returns, style preference returns, size preference returns, or returns because a customer no longer wants the item.

  • No buyer’s remorse returns: orders are final once paid and accepted.
  • No used/opened returns: opened, worn, used, installed, customized, or handled items are not returnable.
  • No digital returns: digital services, written work, files, custom pages, delivered copy, and completed services are final once work begins or delivery is made.
  • No manual-service returns: custom/manual services are final once approved work begins.
  • No automatic cancellation: cancellation requests may be reviewed only if the order has not started processing, shipped, entered fulfillment, or begun custom work.

If an order is incorrect, damaged on arrival, or never arrives, contact support so the issue can be reviewed under the Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders section below.

Simple rule: no returns for preference, regret, style changes, or “I changed my mind.” Real delivery problems can still be reviewed.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

How delivery problems are handled.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not arrive, contact support with your order details as soon as possible.

  • Damaged items: contact support within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, label, and damage.
  • Incorrect items: contact support within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • Missing packages: if tracking has not updated or the package appears lost, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.
  • Tracking shows delivered: check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailroom, front desk, carrier, and local delivery location first.
  • Wrong address entered by customer: LarpShop.org is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Depending on the situation, LarpShop.org may assist with carrier review, supplier review, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund. Resolution is not guaranteed and depends on the facts of the case.

Do not throw away packaging if an item arrives damaged. Photos of the package and label may be needed for carrier or supplier review.

Privacy Policy

Basic customer data rules.

LarpShop.org may collect information you submit during checkout, order review, manual requests, or support contact, including name, email, social handle, shipping address, delivery notes, order notes, item details, payment-related order details, transaction references, wallet/payment notes, and support messages.

  • Customer information may be used to process orders, review requests, deliver products, respond to support, prevent fraud, and manage fulfillment.
  • Crypto wallet and transaction information may be reviewed if you choose crypto payment.
  • Information may be shared with payment processors, fulfillment providers, shipping carriers, suppliers, hosting tools, analytics tools, email tools, or systems needed to complete the order.
  • Customer data is not intended to be sold as a standalone product.
  • Basic analytics, logs, and technical data may be used to improve the site, detect errors, and prevent abuse.
  • Customers may contact support to request help with privacy questions or order data questions.

By using the site, submitting an order, selecting payment, or contacting support, you understand that your information may be processed by third-party services needed to operate checkout, fulfillment, hosting, security, analytics, notifications, and support.

Acceptable Use

Do not turn novelty into fraud.

You agree not to use LarpShop.org products or services for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, illegal activity, financial deception, counterfeit resale, or harmful misrepresentation.

  • Do not claim props are authentic official items if they are not.
  • Do not use prop money as real money.
  • Do not resell style items as authentic designer goods.
  • Do not use digital products to create false business, legal, financial, medical, identity, or official claims.
  • Do not use products or services to harass, intimidate, deceive, target, or harm third parties.
  • Do not use the site to request illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or abusive services.

LarpShop.org may refuse, cancel, or decline any order or request that appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, legally risky, or outside the intended use of the site.
